Built to accommodate the popular Zetec Turbo conversion as well as the I4 to fit the MK5/6 Escort (but also lends itself to a great universal style intercooler for other models) without having to cut the bumper or butcher the crossmember to fit. Just a few holes to secure it.
Using a 700mm x 200mm x 60mm core this intercooler has seen sub 40degree inlet temps on 450bhp+ cars depending on ambient temperatures and other factors and it’s shaped end tanks help deliver smooth flow.
Need more? The intercooler can also be made with a thicker core or made taller if you don’t mind getting a bit choppy.
